As a new renter in GTA I had a lot of big important questions & small little questions too so that I could understand the process and everything related to being a renter. Even as a pretty detailed person, Dave was able to answer all my questions in a speedy & professional manner that met my requests. He was never annoyed at all the questions...and trust me, I had a lot! :) Right off the bat, I could tell that Dave was courteous & respectful of my time because he called me before my showing appointment to re-confirm. This was much different than other real estate agents as I even had several stand me up and were no shows when I had appointments booked. That was so disappointing and a waste of my time! During the showing, Dave was the only agent that actually discussed & showed the positive features of the rental location without the feeling of pressure or the "hard sale". The other agents just unlocked the door and had me walk around, but they were not as informative as they did not tell me anything unless I asked them specific questions. Even then, sometimes it felt like they were making up answers just to respond to me as I did not get the feeling that they actually knew the answers to my questions. Conversely with Dave, he either knew the answers or if he did not, he was able to follow-up as required and obtain the proper answers. That was great as in that manner I was able to trust Dave so that I was comfortable with the information that I was receiving. Once I had a better idea of the potential locations I wanted, Dave was helpful in discussing certain requests, features & items with the landlord on my behalf. Again, he would always respond quickly & effectively. There was always good feedback. At the end of it all, the results were that I've rented the location that Dave showed me. For whatever real estate agent services I will need in the future, I will call Dave Elfassy and I recommend that you do too!
